The Oliver

Sometimes, you just click with a client. That was certainly the case with Centron. We first teamed up to create the renderings for the East Tower of The Oliver, a game-changing, two-tower residential project in Calgary's Beltline. We were thrilled with how they turned out, and we loved being part of a project that brought a new level of luxury living to the city.

So, when Centron came back to us for the second phase of the project—the West Tower—we couldn’t wait to dive in. For this next chapter, we focused on bringing the sophisticated interiors of the Madison Avenue Executive Suites to life. Our team crafted a series of detailed renderings showcasing the elegant finishes and thoughtful design of these exclusive homes.

Amenities

In addition, we also had the pleasure of visualizing the West Tower’s premium amenity spaces, including the state-of-the-art fitness center and the exclusive resident lounges. It was a pleasure to continue our partnership with Centron and help complete the vision for this landmark project.
